1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so a print may vary slightly from what you see. Device compatibility is listed on each product page — please check it before ordering, as a case ordered for the wrong device is handled as a normal return.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out, payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud or bulk resale — and we'll refund you in full if we do.

5. Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Our Shipping & Delivery policy covers lost and damaged parcels.

6. Returns and warranty

7. Intellectual property

All prints, designs, photography, copy and the Elio name and marks belong to us. You may not reproduce, resell or manufacture products using our designs without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reach parts of it you're not authorised to access.

9. Limitation of liability

Our products reduce the risk of damage to your device; they do not eliminate it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to your phone, laptop or earbuds, for data loss, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
