You have 30 days from the delivery date to return anything you bought from Elio, for any reason.
What we accept
Items in resellable condition, with the original packaging where possible. A case you tried on your phone and didn't like is fine. A case that's been cut, drawn on, or used for months is not.
Screen protectors and lens kits can only be returned unopened, since we can't resell an applied protector.
How to start a return
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid label. Returns are free within the US; Canadian returns are charged a flat [CA RETURN FEE], deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once the return is scanned by the carrier we process the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered.
Exchanges
Wrong device fit, or a print you'd rather swap: email us and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned, so you're not waiting twice.
Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo to [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement free and you won't need to return the original.
Defects after 30 days
Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months under Warranty & Care, separately from this returns window.
