Which phones do you fit?
Device compatibility is listed on every product page — check it before ordering, because a case bought for the wrong device is handled as a normal return. If yours isn't listed, email us and we'll tell you when it's coming.
Is the case MagSafe compatible?
Cases marked MagSafe have a magnet array built into the shell and work with MagSafe chargers, wallets, grips, car mounts and stands. Cases without that label will still charge wirelessly, but accessories won't snap to them.
How protective is it?
Every case has a rail that sits above the screen and a lip that sits above the camera, so neither touches a flat surface when the phone lands face-down. The corners are thicker than the sides, because that's where phones land. A case reduces the risk of a cracked screen — it doesn't eliminate it, and we'd rather say that plainly.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Every order is tracked from dispatch and shipping is free over $50.
Do I pay duties on Canadian orders?
Duties and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing extra is owed on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped, yes — email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel is scanned by the carrier we can't recall it, but you can still return it.
What if the print scratches or peels?
That's a defect, not wear, and it's covered by the 1-year warranty. Send a photo to [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll replace it. No receipt hunt.
Do the charms fit any case?
They fit any case with a strap hole. Our crossbody strap ships with an adapter card that works with almost any case, Elio or not.
When do new prints drop?
Every Friday at 11am ET. Runs are small and they don't usually restock, so the drop list is the only reliable way to catch one.
